Traybakes

A fantastic range of scrumptious tray bakes, all made from scratch using simple, high quality ingredients. We make them in a large tray and then cut them up into perfect slices before packing them in multiples of 4.

Supplied frozen in boxes of 16 portions and conveniently wrapped in multiples of 4, so you only need to defrost four slices at a time!

• Butter Shortbread

  A classic all butter shortbread. A soft melt-in the-mouth texture, buttery flavour and finished with a dusting of sugar.

• Butter Flapjack

  A classic all butter flapjack. Made with jumbo oats, to give a chunky appearance and baked until golden brown.

• Chocolate Fudge Brownie

  Rich chocolate brownies with a crispy flaky top and a moist, soft centre and studded with fudge pieces.

• Bumpy Boulevard

  Our bumpy boulevard is the ultimate in chunky chocolate indulgence. Marshmallows, milk chocolate malty balls, milk and white chocolate chunks, glace cherries, honeycomb, sultanas and fudge pieces, all coated in milk chocolate!

• Apricot Slice

  A chunky oat crumble slice with a generous layer of sweet, sticky apricot filling.

• Marbled Cheesecake Brownie

  A cake marriage made in heaven. Rich, dark chocolate brownie with cheesecake mixture lovingly swirled through. Baked together to give a decadent alternative brownie.

• Caramel Shortbread

  An all butter shortbread, generously topped with caramel and finished with a layer of milk chocolate.

• Hazelnut Praline Brownie

  A rich chocolate brownie made with hazelnut praline and hazelnut pieces.

• Granola Slice

  A chunky slice made with sunflower and sesame seeds, almonds, pecans, cranmberries and sultanas, giving a colourful appearance and satisfying eat.

  A buttery flapjack base, topped with a generous layer of caramel and finished with chocolate chips, pistachios and hazelnuts to give an attractive appearance to brighten up any display.

• Chocolate Tiffin

  A cold set rich crispy chocolate slice made with melted chocolate, biscuit pieces, glace cherries, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, pecans and walnuts.

• Chocolate & Amaretto Slice

  A rich indulgent slice made with dark chocolate and amaretto biscuits to give a crispy chewy texture. Hand finished with a light sugar dusting.

• Pecan Caramel Shortbread

  An all butter shortbread, topped with a generous layer of caramel and hand decorated with pecan nuts. Finished with honey to give an attractive glossy finish.
