A deliciously moist carrot cake hand topped with cream cheese frosting and carefully finished with nibbed walnuts around the edge of the cake.

Cake (80%) Contains: Sugar, Grated Carrot (11%), Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Egg, Wheat Flour, Wholemeal Flour, Pineapple Pulp, Water, Sultanas (Sultanas, Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil), Walnuts (4%), Desiccated Coconut, Raising Agents: E500, E450, E501, Ground Cinnamon, Modified Maize Starch, Mixed Spice, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Stabiliser: E415.

Frosting (20%) Contains: Sugar, Full Fat Soft Cheese, Butter, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Vegetable Oil, Modified Waxy Maize Starch, Flavouring, Stabiliser: E410, E415.

Contains: Nuts, Cows Milk, Egg, Gluten.
Manufactured in an environment where Sulphur Dioxide, Soya, Sesame and Mustard seeds are used.

  • Supplied frozen. Cake has 5 days shelf life from defrost stored under a cake dome or equivalent.
